Call me narcissist if you must but this blog is all about ME. I have another blog about my kids, whom I love and adore writing about. But I was Nicole a long time before I was mom and I don't intend to give up being Nicole overnight.

p.s.
You can read all about my kids at Naptime Optional.
Or you can follow along on our Arizona adventure on my 365 project blog.

Angst

I'm having a bad day, but having a hard time finding a playlist on my ipod to match my mood. I need some catharsis and I want something truly angry. Nothing in my music library seems to have enough angst.

And so I ask you, what's your favorite angry music? I need some suggestions!!!!!

I listen to Scooter. It's Fast and Furious (Pardon the Pun); and best listened to, LOUD.

Technically it's mostly Happy Hardcore Techno. The Hardcore Techno Part is exactly what you're looking for when having a bad day. The Happy part tends to make you feel better.

Techno naturally causes your body to release adrenaline—

My 2¢

Ditto to Rich.
Scooter gets my blood pumping, but also helps me feel better.
I'm having a bum day too, maybe we should sit and listen to angry music together!

I'm a *itch, I'm a lover, I'm a child, I'm a mother, I'm a sinner, I'm a saint, I do not feel ashamed........I like Meridith Brooks version from the What Woman Want soundtrack.
Sorry your day is not so pleasant. :(
If that doesn't work for me, I go to Nickel Back's "Some that your with."

I like Alanis Morriesette or Evanesence. Anything that allows me to sing/scream is perfect. Oh, Pink's song...what's it called? "So, what?" That's a good one!

Well, anything by Godsmack seems to work for my husband.

Angry music? I don't know if I have any but I have plenty of music that makes me angry, such as anything sung by that purple dinosaur.
