Call me narcissist if you must but this blog is all about ME. I have another blog about my kids, whom I love and adore writing about. But I was Nicole a long time before I was mom and I don't intend to give up being Nicole overnight.

Dear Alicia

Dear Alicia,

I do not know you, but will you PLEASE stop giving out my phone number to all your creditors. I am tired of my phone ringing off the hook with phone calls for you. I am tired of phone calls for you waking up my napping baby. I am tired of phone calls at 6:00 am waking me. I'm tired of trying to explain to people who barely speak English that I am not Alicia, that I don't know an Alicia, that this has been my phone number for over 5 years now and in that time my name has never been Alicia. I'm sorry you can't pay your bills. Really, I am. I know economic times are tough. But there are better ways of dealing with this situation then giving out a false phone number. Grow up already, would you?

I appreciate your help in this matter.

Sincerely,
Nicole

Our last phone number once belonged to a Juanita. For over Two years we got calls from Creditors, and many other places for her. It didn't help when the Mexican's would call up for her, and didn't speak English. I feel for ya!

You should track her down and kill her. Then you could tell them she has deceased and you won't be lying. That's annoying. Did she respond where you deleted the comment? You have everyone's curiousity up now!

I used to frequently get text messages from a number I didn't recognize. I got tired of paying to read text messages from someone saying, "Hey sexy. Whatya doin'?" And then yesterday I got a call from someone asking for "Nacho" (which is the nickname for Ignacio).

But getting calls from creditors...that's just crazy!

I still get calls for JD Hansen on my cell phone. Like the time his dog was found and the bills he can't pay or the buddy that insists that I am JD's girl just screwing with him. Ya....after a while Rob figured it out. He will still occassionaly text me to give me a hard time.

Alicia, seriously, find a different number. Mommy's need baby's naptime.

Nicole! I am going through this EXACT same thing with a person named Elizabeth. Lawyers call here all the time demanding that she call them today. We've had this phone number for 6 years and people still call. We even got a nasty phone message from a video store because she rented some movies and never returned them. And, of course, when you try to tell them there is no such person here, they just think you're really her and lying to them!

Ugh. I feel for you. I wound up with the phone number of someone who must have been a bail bondsman. I was getting calls from questionable types all.the.time!
